Services: Everything We Do, In One Place
We assess, modernize, govern, and run Microsoft-powered business systems. Four disciplines anchor the practice; everything below rolls up to one of them, and all of it is delivered the same way — senior-led, against the Ø Standard, with a founder accountable for the outcome.
Not sure which service you need? That's normal — most inquiries start from a symptom rather than a product name. Tell us the problem and we'll route it, or start with a fixed-price assessment.
The four disciplines
SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Modernization
— the content layer your apps and AI stand on.
Power Platform Governance & Center of Excellence
— from sprawl to a governed platform.
AI, Copilot & Enterprise Agent Governance
— autonomy that rises only as grounding rises.
ALM & Production Engineering
— citizen development, turned into software delivery.
Power Platform
Power Platform Consulting
— the hub: strategy, architecture, and delivery across the platform.
Power Apps
— canvas and model-driven apps that replace spreadsheets, paper, and aging tools.
Power Automate
— approval workflows, process automation, and RPA, engineered with error handling and monitoring rather than flows that only work on demo day.
Dataverse
— data architecture, licensing in plain English, and honest guidance on when Dataverse is the wrong answer.
Governance & CoE
— DLP, environments, ownership, lifecycle, and a Center of Excellence sized to your organization.
Copilot & AI
Microsoft AI
— the hub: strategy and governance across Copilot and agents, structured by the Grounded Agent Ladder.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
— readiness, rollout, and the permissions cleanup that decides whether Copilot is an asset or an incident.
AI Agent Development
— agents that act in your systems, under identity and approval controls.
Agentic AI Strategy
— where agents genuinely fit your operation, and where they don't yet.
Solutions & support
Rescue triage is exactly the kind of thing the first free conversation is for.
Problem-first packages that cut across the disciplines: business process automation, approval workflow automation, Excel replacement, app rescue and stabilization, and managed support for the estate you already have. If an app broke and its builder is gone, start with a callback — rescue triage is exactly the kind of thing the first free conversation is for.
Every service, the same operating rules
However you engage — project, dedicated consultant, or retainer — the rules don't change: a founder leads the engagement; the IMP0WER delivery team extends us at price points listed in your proposal; recommendations are never driven by license quotas; and the work ships against a published standard. The whole method is on the methodology page, and the commercial mechanics are on pricing.
Services FAQs
Where should we start if we have several of these problems at once?
With a diagnosis. The assessments exist precisely because sprawl, migration debt, and AI readiness usually tangle together; the Gauge tells you what to fix in what order, and cross-topic findings are always reported, whichever assessment you bought.
Do you take over apps and flows someone else built?
Yes — rescue and stabilization is one of our core services. We inventory what exists, get it under real ownership against the Ø Standard, and then improve it. You don't need documentation to start; recovering the knowledge is part of the work.
Why does one firm do both SharePoint and Power Platform?
Because your apps sit on your content. Most Power Apps store data in SharePoint, most flows move SharePoint documents, and Copilot succeeds or fails on SharePoint permissions. Firms that do only one layer hand you the seam as your problem. We own both sides of it.
Do you support what you build after go-live?
Yes. The Distribute stage of the GRID is delivery's steady state: enablement, monitoring, and managed support under retainer. Nothing we ship ends at a handoff with no support path — that would fail our own standard.
