Start With a Diagnosis, Not a Proposal
Fixed scope. Fixed price. Real artifacts. You'll know what you have, what's at risk, and what to do in what order — whether or not you ever hire us to do it.
Every assessment below is the Gauge stage of the IMP0WER GRID: measure the estate before anyone proposes anything. A founder leads every engagement.
Why a paid diagnosis de-risks the buyer
Free assessments are usually sales documents. Someone spends a few hours in your tenant, produces a slide with your logo on it, and the "findings" point — reliably — at whatever that vendor sells. You can't hand it to procurement, you can't hand it to another vendor, and you can't fully trust it.
A paid assessment inverts that. You are the client, the deliverable is owed to you, and the work is scoped and priced before it starts. The output is a set of artifacts — inventories, risk matrices, roadmaps — that stand on their own. If you take the roadmap and give it to a different firm to execute, it still works. That independence is the point: a diagnosis you'd pay for is a diagnosis you can act on. To judge the deliverable before you buy it, read the sample readout.
Where free ends and paid begins
We'll gladly spend 30 minutes telling you whether and how we can help. The moment work produces artifacts — inventories, findings, architecture, roadmaps — it's a paid engagement. That's what keeps our advice honest.
If you're not sure which assessment fits — or whether you need one at all — start with the free fit call. It's 30 minutes of qualification and direction, never architecture. We'll tell you plainly if an assessment isn't the right next step.
The three flagship assessments
Power Platform Health & Governance Gauge
For IT and operations leaders who inherited a Power Platform estate — or watched one grow on its own. You get a full tenant and environment inventory with named owners and usage signals, a DLP and connector risk matrix, orphaned and mission-critical solution identification, a maturity rating against the GRID stages with an Ø Standard gap check, a top-10 risk register, and a prioritized 90-day roadmap. Extended adds stakeholder interviews, an ALM and environment architecture review, and a CoE readiness plan.
SharePoint Modernization Blueprint
For IT leaders facing a migration, retired workflow technology, or Copilot-readiness pressure on a messy estate. You get a site, storage, and permission inventory; a workflow and InfoPath/Nintex census; an information-architecture and findability review; a Teams and Power Platform dependency map; a risk and complexity matrix; a target-state information architecture; and migration waves with effort ranges plus a hypercare plan. Deep covers large or multi-tenant estates, records and retention review, and per-workflow modernization mapping.
Copilot & AI Agent Readiness Gauge
For IT and AI leaders under pressure to show an AI plan — and worried about what Copilot will surface. You get a content and permission oversharing scan, a sensitivity-label and sharing-policy review, use-case discovery and prioritization, an inventory of any agents already in the tenant, placement on the Grounded Agent Ladder (Spark → Ground → Wire → Orchestrate) with proportional governance recommendations, and a rollout and governance roadmap. Extended adds pilot design, an adoption plan, and a draft of agent lifecycle standards.
Every assessment includes
- A named senior lead — a founder, on every engagement
- Concrete artifacts: inventories, matrices, workbooks, roadmaps
- Cross-topic honesty: if we find ALM, security, or SharePoint risk while assessing something else, you hear about it
- A prioritized roadmap you could hand to any vendor
- A readout workshop with your team
- 100% focused-tier fee credit toward qualifying implementation work — the full rule is below
What booking sets in motion
Submit the qualifying form and a founder calls you back within one business day. That call does three things: confirms which assessment — and which tier — actually fits, agrees the access and workshop schedule, and sets the start date. Before kickoff you receive the exact read-only permission list for your security team's review and a short pre-read, so workshop time is spent on decisions rather than orientation. From there the engagement runs as published — collection, analysis, and a readout workshop on the calendar from day one. No proposal phase, no scope negotiation: the scope is what these pages say it is.
The fee credit, in plain terms
If you move to implementation with us, the assessment effectively becomes free: 100% of the focused-tier fee is credited toward any implementation engagement of $25,000 or more signed within 90 days of your readout. There's no pressure mechanism in it — the roadmap is yours either way. The credit simply means you never pay twice for the same thinking.
We report what we find — not just what you booked
Assessments are never artificially scoped to their entry topic. If a Power Platform Gauge uncovers SharePoint permission risk, the findings say so. If a Copilot readiness scan turns up an ALM problem, the findings say so. You're paying for an honest picture of the estate, and the estate doesn't respect product boundaries.
Coming next
Three further assessments are in development. If one of these fits your situation better, mention it on the fit call and we'll tell you straight whether to wait or adapt one of the flagship three.
App Rescue Assessment
For when the app broke, the builder left, or nobody can support it.
ALM Readiness Review
Your environments and pipelines scored against the Ø Standard.
Automation Opportunity Assessment
A process-first look at what's worth automating.
FAQs
How do I choose between the three assessments?
Follow the pain. Apps and flows nobody owns → the Power Platform Gauge. A migration, retired workflows, or content sprawl → the SharePoint Blueprint. AI pressure or oversharing worry → the Copilot Gauge. If two apply, book the free fit call and we'll point you at the right entry; the assessments cross-reference each other's findings anyway.
What happens after I submit the form?
You get a callback within one business day. That call confirms fit, scope, and tier, and sets the start date. No proposal theater — the scope and price are already published.
Do you need access to our tenant?
Yes — read access, which we'll specify precisely before kickoff. We bring the scripts and inventory tooling; your team's time commitment is a small number of workshops.
Why should we pay when other vendors assess for free?
Because a free assessment is a sales expense, and its conclusions serve the seller. A paid, fixed-price assessment is a deliverable that serves you, and with the fee credit it costs nothing extra if you proceed to implementation with us.
Is the assessment just a pitch for more IMP0WER work?
The exclusions on every assessment page are explicit: no remediation, no buildout inside the assessment. The roadmap names the work that should happen next, whoever does it. Many recommendations are things your own team can execute.
Can we start smaller than a paid assessment?
Yes. Each assessment has a free self-assessment sibling — a short scorecard that gives you a rough read in minutes. It won't replace the artifacts, but it will tell you how urgent your situation is. Take them on the scorecards page, right on the page, no email required.
