Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

Last updated: August 18, 2026 · MartinCurry LLC, DBA IMP0WER

The short version, in plain language: we collect what you type into our forms and standard website analytics, we use both to respond to you and improve the site, we don't sell any of it, and you can ask us what we hold about you — or ask us to delete it — by writing to info@imp0wer.com. The longer version follows.

Privacy Policy

Who we are

This site is operated by MartinCurry LLC, doing business as IMP0WER ("IMP0WER," "we," "us"). Our business address is 935 Great Plain Ave #122, Needham, MA 02492. You can reach us at info@imp0wer.com or (781) 691-9120.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site — a contact message, an assessment inquiry, or a scorecard request — we receive what you enter: typically your name, work email, optionally a phone number, and whatever you tell us about your situation. Forms are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and the submissions are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailboxes.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and interactions such as form submissions and link clicks. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies; we use their data in aggregate and don't use it to identify you personally. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.

What we deliberately don't do. No advertising trackers, no selling or renting your information, no sharing it with third parties for their marketing, and no data collection beyond what this page describes. The site stores one small preference in your browser — your light/dark theme choice — which never leaves your device.

How we use it

To respond to you (our callback-within-one-business-day promise requires reading what you sent), to deliver resources you request, to run and improve the site, and — only if you've asked us for something that reasonably invites it — to follow up. If you ask for a scorecard, you get the scorecard, not a drip campaign. Any recurring email we ever send includes a working unsubscribe path, honored promptly.

Who touches your data

Service providers that make the site work: Netlify (hosting and form processing), Microsoft 365 (email and business systems), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). Each processes data under its own terms and only as needed to provide its service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We don't transfer your information to anyone else.

Retention and your choices

We keep form submissions as long as they're useful for the conversation you started with us — or as required for legitimate business records — and analytics data per the retention settings of those tools. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: write to info@imp0wer.com and we'll respond within one business day. You can also block analytics with standard browser tools or extensions; the site works fine without them.

Children

This site is a business-services site directed at working professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Terms of Service

Using this site

The content on this site — pages, guides, blog posts, scorecards, and checklists — is provided for general information. It reflects real experience and honest opinion, but it isn't advice for your specific situation, and technology facts (Microsoft product capabilities, licensing, retirement dates) change after publication. Verify anything consequential against current Microsoft documentation, or ask us.

Engagements are governed by their own agreements

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of services on fixed terms. Published assessment prices are honest and current, but any engagement between your organization and MartinCurry LLC is governed by the written agreement we both sign — a master services agreement and statement of work — not by this website. If the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including the IMP0WER name and logo, the GRID method, and the Ø Standard, belongs to MartinCurry LLC. We publish our methodology openly so you can judge it — and you're welcome to reference it with attribution. Don't republish substantial portions of the site or pass our materials off as your own. Microsoft, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, and related marks are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; IMP0WER is an independent consultancy and a member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, not a Microsoft affiliate.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind regarding the site and its content, and we aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. (Liability under a signed engagement agreement is addressed there, not here.)

Third-party links

We link to third-party sites — Microsoft documentation above all — because they're useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Changes and governing law

We may update this page as the site or the law changes; the date at the top reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be visible here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any dispute over the site belongs to the state or federal courts of Massachusetts.
