Pricing & Engagement Models

Assessments are fixed-price and published below. Implementation pricing depends on scope and team mix: you'll see real numbers after one conversation, and line-item transparency in every proposal.

Assessments — fixed price, published

Assessment Focused Extended / Deep Duration
Power Platform Health & Governance Gauge $3,500 $7,500 2–3 weeks
SharePoint Modernization Blueprint $7,500 $15,000–$25,000 3–5 weeks
Copilot & AI Agent Readiness Gauge $5,000 $12,500 2–3 weeks

100% of the focused-tier fee is credited toward any implementation engagement of $25,000 or more signed within 90 days of your readout — details on each assessment page. Every assessment is led by a founder and produces concrete artifacts: inventories, risk matrices, and a prioritized roadmap that's yours to execute with anyone.

Three ways to engage

Project

Fixed scope, milestone-billed. Assessments, QuickStarts, migrations, rescues, builds. You know the price before we start, and milestones keep both sides honest.

Dedicated consultant

Senior expertise embedded with your team on a recurring basis, without the full-time hire. Best for continuous, evolving work.

Why implementation pricing isn't posted

Not because it's a secret — because a rate card would mislead you, in one of two directions. A migration for a small, tidy tenant and a migration for a sprawling estate with retired workflows are not the same project, and a single published number would either overcharge the first client or lowball the second. So here's what we do instead, and you can hold us to every line:

  • One conversation gets you real numbers. Tell us the scope; we respond within one business day, and estimates come with the assumptions written down.
  • Proposals are line-itemed. Who is doing what, at what rate — founder-led work and delivery-team work priced separately. No blended rate hiding a junior behind a senior's title.
  • The team is senior-led. A founder leads every engagement; the IMP0WER delivery team extends us. You'll see the mix in the proposal, not discover it in the invoice.
  • No quota-driven recommendations. Our advice is never driven by license quotas. If the cheapest correct answer is a smaller scope or no project, that's the recommendation.
  • Assessment-first. Fixed-price diagnosis produces the inventory and roadmap that make an implementation quote accurate instead of padded. That's why the assessment engine exists.

Pricing FAQs

Why do you publish assessment prices but not implementation rates?

Assessments have fixed scope, so a fixed price is fair. Implementations don't — scope depends on the size and state of your estate. We'd rather quote accurately from a real conversation than publish a number engineered to look attractive.

What actually drives implementation cost?

Scope and complexity: the size of the estate, the state of permissions and workflows, integration surface, and the team mix the work needs. The assessment quantifies exactly these things, which is why quotes that follow one are tighter.

Is the assessment fee really credited?

Yes — 100% of the focused-tier fee is credited toward any implementation engagement of $25,000 or more signed within 90 days of your readout. The same rule is stated on each assessment page before you buy.

Can we just get a free consultation first?

Yes. We'll gladly spend 30 minutes telling you whether and how we can help. The moment work produces artifacts — inventories, findings, architecture, roadmaps — it's a paid engagement.

Do you do fixed-price implementation?

Where scope can be pinned down, yes — project work is milestone-billed against a defined scope. When scope is uncertain, we say so and structure the engagement to fit, rather than sign a fixed price we'd have to defend with change orders.

Will you match a cheaper quote?

We'll happily explain our price against any alternative, line by line. If someone can deliver the same outcome for less, take it — and if the quote looks too good to be true, we'll tell you what questions to ask them.
